How do I order a cake or brownie?

We accept orders online only. Please note, all cake or brownie orders must be made 3 days in advance. 

The date I am trying to book is not showing, can I place an order?

If the date you are looking for is not showing, this date is already fully booked or is no longer available. Sorry, this date is now closed for orders.

Do you accept corporate orders?

We sure do! We’ll work with you on colours, flavours and design to create a custom treat just for your event. We will need at least 7 days notice for large corporate orders.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

If you need to change date/color/size/flavor, just send us an email with your Order Number in the subject heading to sheliss.to@gmail.com with your changes, noting we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours to collection. We do not accept cancellations within 3 days to collection. Please wait to hear from us with a confirmation of your changes, noting the only place we accept order changes is in writing, via email. Because changes require administration, there is a $10 fee for changes and/or cancellations 

Can I request a custom order?

Yes, we do accept custom orders will be quoted individually, please contact us via email sheliss.to@gmail.com with your idea, as much detail as possible. 

Do you offer wedding cakes?

We sure do! If your date is available in our calendar, we’d love to create something special for you. Just email us with your wedding date, inspiration photos, amount of guests and as much detail as possible regarding your preferences. We’ll circle back with a quote as soon as we can.

Where do I pickup my order?

At present, we do not operate a traditional storefront. Therefore, order collections are facilitated at our production facility located at

65 Dynevor Road, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 3W8.

Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with a contact number via email. Kindly send a text message to this number when you arrive for pickup, and a member of our team will promptly deliver your order to your vehicle.
