Due to the perishable nature of our handmade goodies, we can't take responsibility for their condition once they've left our bakery.

We retain the right to decline an order modification or cancellation if it cannot be fulfilled before the product has been shipped. Kindly double-check your order details and delivery address prior to submitting.

For grand occasions like weddings or major events requiring catering, please reach out to us at least 15 days prior to your desired pick-up date. Send an email to sheliss.to@gmail.com with the order date, desired quantities, preferred flavors, and any specific details.
